Most interview preparation begins with questions. Interview Edge begins with you.
A personalised interview-preparation journey built around your profile, your judgement and the person who will ultimately sit before the Board.
For UPSC, State PCS/PSC and allied public-service interviews.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Participation is offered subject to founder and panel availability.

An interview cannot be prepared by questions alone.
Your DAF, education, work, home state, hobbies, choices, achievements, setbacks and opinions can all become starting points for an interview. That is why Interview Edge does not begin by handing you a list of probable questions.
It begins by understanding you.
The objective is not to manufacture polished answers. It is to help you recognise your interview universe, think with greater clarity, respond with judgement and remain authentic under questioning.
A preparation shaped around you
Depending on where you are in your preparation, your Interview Edge journey may include some or all of the following.
Begin with what the Board may see
We begin with the material the Board may see: your DAF or relevant profile information. The objective is to identify the people, places, experiences, choices and subjects that can open meaningful lines of questioning.
The exact form of support varies by examination and stage of the application process.
Understand the candidate before preparing the interview
A deep one-to-one online conversation with Guranchal Ma’am that goes beyond probable questions. The aim is to understand the interview universe behind your DAF, and identify where your preparation needs depth, clarity, balance or greater authenticity.
Sustained questioning, as in the real Board
Experience sustained questioning before members of the UPSC Gurus Senior Officers’ Panel together with Guranchal Ma’am. The mock examines not merely what you know, but how you listen, reason, balance competing considerations, communicate and respond when the conversation moves beyond prepared territory.
The mock is not the end of preparation
Guranchal Ma’am works with you again to identify what changed, what still requires attention and what should be refined before the actual interview. Questions, articulation, judgement, recurring weaknesses and final priorities can all be addressed here.
Interview Edge is personalised. Candidates may require different parts of the process depending on their preparation stage and interview timeline.

Profiling is personally led by Guranchal Ma’am
Before preparing a candidate’s answers, we need to understand the candidate.
Guranchal Ma’am personally leads the Profiling and Refinement process and participates in Interview Edge mock boards.
Her role is not simply to generate questions. It is to identify the connections, contradictions, strengths and vulnerabilities within a candidate’s profile, and help the candidate develop greater clarity, judgement and authenticity before the Board.
Prepare before people who have seen administration from the inside.
Interview Edge brings candidates before experienced senior officers from different services and areas of public administration. Panel composition varies depending on availability and the requirements of the candidate.

Dr. Bachittar Singh
The Civil Services examination has always asked one question beneath all its papers: is this person ready to serve? The institution that helps a young mind answer yes, honestly and completely, is doing something that matters.

Mrs. Inderjeet Kaur
Genuine preparation is rare. Most aspirants are taught what to write. The ones who are taught how to think carry that with them into service, and it shows, for the rest of their careers.

Ms. Guranchal Singh
We built UPSC Gurus because I believed every aspirant deserves preparation that sees them as an individual, not as one of a batch. That belief is in every program, every session, every evaluation we give.
