Refund and Cancellation Policy

Programme fees
A full refund is available if you request it within 7 days of enrolment, provided the programme has not started for you — that is, no test, essay topic or question has yet been released to you and no session has taken place. Once a programme has started, fees are not refundable.
Counselling sessions
A counselling session may be rescheduled with prior notice. Once a session has taken place, its fee is not refundable, but it is adjusted in full against any UPSC Gurus programme you join within 30 days.
Upgrades and changes
You can move to a larger plan at any time by paying the difference. Fees are not transferable to another person.
Extra or duplicate payments
If you pay more than the programme fee or pay twice, the extra amount is refunded within 10 working days of verification, by bank transfer or as mutually agreed. UPSC Gurus is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
How to request a refund
Write to upscgurus@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 81220 02172 with your name, the programme and your payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
